NSTS Tefl Teacher Training - Next training is starting on 4 June!
The NSTS ELI Tefl course is a methodology course approved by the EFL Monitoring Board and one of the minimum requirements for teachers of English as a foreign language. Our Tefl course is a 60 hour practical course aimed at giving new teachers hands-on ideas on how to teach English to foreign students in a communicative way. The four skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening are tackled in a fun and productive way, very unlike the traditional teacher centred approach. Even the often dreaded grammar takes on a different approach. The Tefl course includes two written assignments and two teaching practice sessions. We provide two types of Tefl courses, one part time, three times a week in the evenings for five weeks or a more intensive one over three weeks with daily attendance. The Nsts TEFL course has built a solid reputation especially with university students and many participants have been recommended the course by their friends and relatives. This course is not only a useful qualification but a memorable experience.
