The Residence consists of 34 studios with bath/shower room, kitchenette, dining corner and study area, making them ideal for both study stays of long duration and short self-catering stays. The furnishing is simple, functional and cost effective - single beds, enclosed shelving, open wardrobes, dressing and bedside tables, a large desk that doubles up as an additional bed, a dining table, kitchen cupboards, refrigerator, micro-wave baking oven, electric twin cooking hobs. The studio flat consists of one room that sleeps up to 3 persons while the Superior Studio consists of 2 rooms -the bedroom, allowing up to 3 people to sleep, and separate lounge/dining room/kitchenette area.
Meet new friends in the roof-top lounge or on the sun-terrace during open air evening BBQs, or enjoy a snack or drink from the vending machines. Alternatively log on to internet at the internet café and reading room. Both roof-top spaces double-up as meeting rooms for 25-35 persons while other spaces house a coin operated laundry room.
The breakfast room/cafeteria which can accommodate up to 40 persons, TV, and reception, that operates on weekday mornings only, are found on the ground floor. Electronic door and surveillance systems complement your individual security measures.
