The ground floor of the building is NSTS’s own Rafiki’s lounge bar, a quiet bar where you can grab a bite to eat, watch a DVD in the lounge area, study or just hang out with your friends while using the complimentary Wi-Fi on your own laptop. Rafiki is opened mornings and afternoons during the University of Malta’s Academic Year.
